Zicam ACTUALLY works. At least it has for me. Shortens the length of the cold and relieves some of the symptoms. My only problem with it is how expensive it is.
Allen doesn't like taking medicine for anything so he usually goes the route of drinking TONS of water/orange juice and taking vitamin c.
